Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this site or hiring Nuaie Studio for services, including web development, branding, social media management, video production, custom systems and artwork, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and deliverables

We provide the services set out in a written quote or monthly agreement. Deliverables, timelines and revision rounds are agreed in writing before work starts.

3. Prices and estimates

Prices on this site, including any figure from an on-page calculator, are estimates and not a binding offer. The final price is confirmed in a written quote. Industry packages run for a fixed three months. Third-party costs such as ad spend, printing, and travel outside the Kota Kinabalu area are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments and refunds

A non-refundable deposit is needed to start work. Because the work is made to order, work already carried out can't be refunded. Monthly plans need 30 days' written notice to cancel.

5. Ownership

Once paid in full, final design assets such as logos, brand files, websites and videos are licensed or transferred to the client as set out in your agreement. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed before the project starts. Original physical artwork remains the intellectual property of Razie Alfiedan unless the copyright is sold in writing.

6. Your responsibilities

Where a project involves regulated content, such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial or food and beverage claims, the client is responsible for final approval and for any approvals required under Malaysian law. We prepare that material for your own review and submission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
